Refund Policy

Conditions

Note: Registration fees are strictly non-refundable.

Cancellation Before Program Start

If a student cancels their registration prior to the start of the program, two-thirds (2/3) of the tuition fee paid shall be refunded.

Withdrawal Within First 15 Days

If a student withdraws within the first fifteen (15) days from the program start date, fifty percent (50%) of the tuition fee paid shall be refunded.

Withdrawal After 15 Days

No refund will be issued after the initial fifteen (15) day period. The student and/or parent/guardian remains fully responsible for any outstanding fees, unless otherwise stated under specific conditions.

Mandatory Withdrawal or Removal

No refunds will be granted if a student is required to withdraw or is removed from the program due to any of the following:

  • Submission of incorrect, incomplete, or falsified documents
  • Violation of school policies or program rules
  • Poor attendance or failure to attend scheduled classes
  • Involvement in criminal activity while in Canada

Exceptional Circumstances

Refund appeals may be considered in exceptional cases such as documented medical emergencies or serious unforeseen circumstances.

The following reasons are not considered valid for refund appeals:

  • Forgetting to attend classes
  • Work commitments or scheduling conflicts
  • Poor time management or personal inconvenience

Any emergency situation must be reported to the school immediately for review.
