Program Structure

Madina Academy offers summer courses throughout July and August. During this time, classes are one month long, so students may take up to one credit per month and two credits over the entire summer term. Many students use this as an opportunity to get ahead in their studies and reduce their course load in the future.

Our summer courses run Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, for one month. Students have the option of studying during the July session, August session, or both.

Attendance Policy

Regular attendance is essential for success in summer school. Due to the fast-paced nature of summer courses, each day of instruction covers a significant amount of course material. Missing even a single day may impact a student's ability to keep up with coursework and meet learning expectations.

Students are expected to:

• Attend all scheduled classes
• Arrive on time and be prepared to participate
• Complete all assignments, assessments, and examinations by the specified deadlines
• Maintain consistent attendance throughout the duration of the course

Students who are registered for a course but do not attend the first day of class may lose their place in the program.

Absences for vacations, personal travel, or non-emergency activities are strongly discouraged and may not be accommodated. Excessive or unauthorized absences may result in removal from the course at the discretion of the school administration.

To maximize academic success, students are encouraged to attend every class and communicate with their teacher promptly regarding any unavoidable absence.
